WARRANTY
The MRS. ERTHA international warranty grants a 24-month warranty on the STRAPIES from the date of purchase. This warranty is only valid if the warranty certificate is dated, signed and duly completed by the brand or by a brand reseller. During a 2-year period, Mrs. Ertha will replace the mechanical dial on any watch that, while in good condition, presents mechanical defects or malfunctions. The warranty for the replacement watch ends at the end of the warranty for the replaced watch.
– Before activating the warranty, check if the battery is empty. Please have the battery changed at a trusted jeweler. If the watch still does not work after changing the battery, contact the retailer for a replacement.
– The bracelet and crystal are not covered by the 24-month factory warranty. However, if you believe that your bracelet/glass has a manufacturing defect and that it was not due to misuse of the item, please contact the retailer for a proper assessment of the situation.
